PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Terms and conditions of delivery:

1. If there are holidays or a declared emergency during the execution of your order, the delivery time may be extended.
2. The courier will inform you of the scheduled delivery time by phone call or SMS before arrival.
3. Goods can only be accepted/collected by the person who made the order, or by the person indicated on the order form. You must have a proof of identity (ID card, passport, driving licence) to accept/collect the goods. The courier will ask you to show your ID.
4. You must check the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the goods, you have the right not to sign the waybill and to return the goods. Once you have signed the bill of lading, we do not accept any liability for the condition of the goods, i.e. external damage (unless it is a factory defect) and defects in the assembly.
5. The delivery times stated in the description of the Goods (20 calendar days) are approximate. The delivery period starts from the date of payment of the goods (conclusion of the sales contract). The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the order confirmation. The delivery time limits shall not apply in cases where the Buyer is informed of a shortage of the goods ordered. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional circumstances the delivery of goods may be delayed. In such case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately to agree on the delivery terms and other conditions. If the Seller fails to deliver the Goods within the time limit set out in the order for the Goods and the Parties do not agree an additional time limit for delivery, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract for the sale of the Goods or Services.
6. At the time of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer shall be obliged to inspect the condition of the consignment and the item(s) together with the courier, and in the case of physical collection of the goods in the Shop – with an employee of MirrorsLED.com, and to sign the document of transfer – acceptance of the consignment. Once the Buyer has signed the delivery and acceptance document, the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in good condition, free from defects not attributable to manufacturing defects, and without any inconsistencies in the delivery of the Goods(s). If the Buyer notices that the packaging of the delivered goods is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), that the goods(s) are damaged and/or that the goods(s) are not in the right condition, the Buyer shall note this in the handover/acceptance document and, in the presence of the courier or, in the case of physical collection of the goods at the Store by an employee, shall draw up a free-form certificate of damage/non-compliance of the consignment and/or the goods(s). If the Buyer fails to do so, the Seller shall be exempted from liability for damage to the goods where the basis for such damage is not a manufacturing defect and for inconsistencies in the assembly of the goods, only if such inconsistencies can be detected by an external inspection of the goods.
