 When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

  • the item to be returned must be in the original neat packaging (you can cut the closing strips for the inspection of the item);
  • goods that have been collected, or attempted to be collected, cannot be returned;
  • the product must not be damaged, scratched or otherwise altered by the Customer;
  • where the reason for the return of the goods is an inadequate quality, we shall undertake, at our own expense, to replace the goods of the inadequate quality with goods of the adequate quality, or to refund the money paid for the goods;
  • the product must retains its commercial appearance (undamaged label, unripped protective strip, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of a return of defective goods);
  • the returned goods must be in the same complete sets as the ones received by the Customer;

the money shall be returned only to the bank account specified by the Customer.

The return of goods of an adequate quality shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure laid down in Articles 6.228-10 and 6.228-11 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

24-month warranty for goods purchased at

The main characteristics of each product sold at are generally indicated in the product description next to each product. All goods sold on the website are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, and the terms and conditions can be found in the product descriptions. When the goods are purchased, they must be carefully inspected before assembly.

Terms of the warranty:

  • when assembling the item, the customer has followed the instructions accompanying the product;
  • the product has been used for its intended purpose and maintained in accordance with the maintenance instructions;
  • the warranty covers quality defects caused by the manufacturer and faults occurring during the transportation of the goods by the seller’s means of transport.

The buyer shall lose the right to the warranty service in the following cases:

  • the damage to the goods has been caused by a fault of the customer;
  • when the product was assembled, the purchaser did not comply with the assembly instructions accompanying the product.

Please note that:

  • the manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to parts of goods which have naturally worn out;
  • where the reason for the return of the good is an inadequate quality, we shall undertake, at our own expense, to replace the goods of the inadequate quality with goods of the adequate quality, or to refund the money paid for the goods;

Please inform us about any observed defect during the use of the LED mirror via the contact details provided on the website or by e-mail to: MirrorsLED shall correct or replace the specified quantitative or qualitative discrepancies at its own expense during the warranty period. 

If, after buying one of these items you notice that it is defective, you have the right to return the item within 24 months of the date of delivery. In this case, the goods of an inadequate quality shall be changed to products of an adequate quality free of charge, or the money paid shall be returned to you. Goods of an inadequate quality shall be replaced or returned in accordance with the ‘Rules for the return and replacement of goods’ approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001. If you notice any hidden defects in the product during the warranty period (24 months), please take a photo of these defects and immediately send us the photo by e-mail to: In such a case, the manufacturer of the goods will determine whether the defect in the product is covered by a warranty, i.e. whether the defect occurred at the factory. We will immediately inform you about the manufacturer’s decision by the means of communication specified by you.

14-day return guarantee for goods of standard dimensions

The Customer has the right to return any goods purchased from within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

Goods which have been manufactured according to individual dimensions do not cover the 14-day return guarantee without any stated reason.

The Customer shall be refunded to the specified bank account for the goods which have not been damaged and are of an adequate quality.

Goods which have been damaged or are of an inadequate quality shall not be accepted back.

The Customer shall pay the cost of returning the goods.
