The owner and administrator of the website MirrorsLED.com, as well as the controller of personal data, is UAB Stiklita, company code 234489710, VAT code LT344897113 (hereinafter – the “Seller”), address Varnių st. 48B, LT-48403 Kaunas, Lithuania, e-mail info@mirrorsled.com

These “MirrorsLED.com Terms of Purchase and Sale of Goods” (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to every purchase made by the buyer in the MirrorsLED.com online store and to every purchase and sale agreement concluded between the buyer and the seller.

The provisions of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania apply to the purchase and sale transactions carried out in the MirrorsLED.com online store.

By using the Website and/or its services in any way and form, the Buyer is fully responsible and irrevocably undertakes to comply with all the requirements set forth in these Rules.

The Seller is not responsible and does not compensate the Buyer for the damage he suffered, which is caused by non-compliance with the conditions stipulated in the Rules.

Conclusion of the purchase-sale agreement:

The buyer can order products from the MirrorsLED.com range on the MirrorsLED.com website with or without registration, directly at Stiklo studio, located in Kaunas, Varnių str. 48B or by emailing info@mirrorsled.com.

The right to purchase goods in the MirrorsLED.com online store belongs to natural persons who are at least 18 years old, persons under 18 years of age who have the consent of their parents or guardians, legal persons, authorized representatives of all specified persons.

The purchase-sale agreement between the customer and MirrorsLED.com is concluded from the moment when the customer chooses the product he wants to purchase and, after creating a shopping cart, completes the entire process specified in the MirrorsLED.com online store, the final step of which is payment for the products.

The customer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided during registration. Providing incorrect information will result in restrictions on the customer’s access to the MirrorsLED.com website.

Rights and obligations of the buyer:

The buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with the Rules of MirrorsLED.com and must follow the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania in force at the time of purchase.

Customers, when purchasing products on MirrorsLED.com, confirm that they are familiar with the product return rules and guarantees.

The Buyer has the right to refuse the Purchase-Sale Agreement with the Seller, has the right to change or return the purchased item in accordance with the Rules, has the right to refuse to use the website by deleting his data in the manner specified on the website.

If the data provided on the Buyer’s registration website changes, the Buyer must update it immediately.

The buyer must pay for the ordered goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

Prohibited:

  • copy, use, distribute, reproduce the information on the page or its content without the written consent of the owner of the MirrorsLED.com website;
  • use computer programs that may harm the operation of this website or otherwise interfere with the operation of the MirrorsLED.com system.

The buyer has the opportunity to create a personal Account and use it to manage his contact data, delivery addresses, track orders, order or unsubscribe from newsletters or change his password.

Seller’s rights and obligations:

The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the website.

The seller undertakes to provide additional information about the sold product at the buyer’s request.

The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer. The term of delivery of goods starts counting from the day of payment for the goods. The customer agrees that due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of MirrorsLED.com, the delivery time may differ from the time indicated in the product descriptions or the delivery time agreed between the customer and MirrorsLED.com. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, MirrorsLED.com undertakes to contact the customer immediately and coordinate the delivery date and other delivery-related issues.

In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, MirrorsLED.com can offer him an alternative solution. Without the Buyer’s consent, the Seller, who cannot deliver the goods chosen by the Buyer, undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) working days, if prepayment was made, and in all cases to cancel the order.

MirrorsLED.com reserves the right to:

  • unilaterally change, amend or supplement these Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts;
  • correct the information on the page – when new items of these rules appear, they come into force immediately after their publication;
  • limit the ability of customers who do not comply with these rules to use this website;
  • to prosecute persons who do not comply with these rules or engage in malicious activities.

The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy, to process the Buyer’s Personal Data only in accordance with the Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

In case of certain conditions, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the website without informing the Buyer in advance.

Marketing tools:

Seller may initiate promotions or sales on MirrorsLED.com at its sole discretion.

The seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change and terminate the conditions of the shares. Nevertheless, even after the promotions are terminated, the obligations arising between the Seller and the Buyer during the Purchase-Sale of goods remain.

The Seller sends all messages using the means of communication specified in the Buyer’s registration form, and the Buyer addresses all questions using the means of communication specified in the contacts of MirrorsLED.com.

The seller is not responsible if the buyer does not receive informational or confirming messages sent due to network failures of internet connection, e-mail, telephone communication service providers.

Final provisions:

These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to the relations provided for in these Rules.

All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
